Throughout my career customer experience has always been my #1 focus. For the past 10 years I have worked at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant which allowed me to work with the public and meet new people every day. Some I have known for all 10 years and they would still come back to see me. One of my favorite customers travels from Washington DC to CT to visit her grandchildren once a month and would always make a stop to come visit me so we could catch up. She runs a very busy life running FEMA, which makes this all the more humbling!
While at AT&T I became a member of Six Sigma and have completed my yellow belt certification. In 2016 I became a Business Advisor for AT&T and graduated from AT&T's Leadership Program which gave me the role of running a multi-million dollar store in one of their key markets.
